AUCTION FIRM’S NOTE – A discussion with Susan Ellerhorst, Village Administrator for the Village of Williamsburg, indicates a willingness on their part to rezone the property as Light Industrial. She acknowledged that currently sewer is on the south side of St. Rt. 32 and would have to be run to the property under St. Rt. 32. However they would possibly be interested in working with a developer for TIF financing.

HIGHEST BID(S) WILL BE PUT ON CONTRACT

INTERIOR PREVIEWS: Interior previews of both habitable homes will be on Sunday January 8 (1-2PM), or by appointment with auction firm.
